Microsoft is preparing to launch the next iteration Bing, according to some wayward Tweets.
Mary-Jo Foley on our sister site ZDnet noticed a few Twitter users want a ridiculous position of Bing 2,0 next annual Microsoft company meeting at which the staff apparently gave a preliminary some new features that will be deployed in the coming weeks. Some visitors were changes coming next week, while others thought it would be gradual deployment, but expect changes in the Bing in the near future.

Several groups opposed to the Google Book Search settlement filed with the court notes outlining their concerns on Tuesday, the last day of such reviews will be accepted.
As expected, lawyers, Microsoft, Electronic Frontier Foundation, a coalition called "Open Book" Alliance blew up the deal as anticompetitive and detrimental to consumers. A brief "Open Book" Alliance compares the Google Book Search settlement of the modern version of a cartel involving John Rockerfeller's Standard Oil and railroad industry, which ultimately led to the Sherman Act's antitrust laws.

Amazon came out swinging Tuesday against the proposed Google settlement with authors and book publishers.
The opposition of the Amazon was launched last week, when he came into the open book of the Alliance, but the company has filed its own brief with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Tuesday to oppose the adoption of the proposed final settlement.
